When you are placing an order, you are accepting our terms and policies as shown below:
We have the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. For any change of a subscription order, you must contact us by email at bloomgolinfo@gmail.com or phone (281) 630- 8146 at least 48 hours prior delivery date. Should you decide to cancel your order, your payment will be fully refunded if the cancellation is sent to us by email or phone at least 24 hours before delivery. A one-off order may be canceled 24 hours before the delivery time.
We accept debit and credit cards for payment, which are processed by stripe. You may pay through PayPal, and we never keep your credit card or PayPal information. The charge number will not be stored on our website for the purpose of reusing it on your next purchase.
The total price of your order includes your arrangement, delivery (if applicable), tax, and gift item (if applicable).
We will typically deliver your order via UPS, FedEx, or Courier companies. If your location is close to our store, we may deliver it in person. The way of delivery will be selected by Bloomgol. We will provide you a delivery notification.
In the event of unexpected weather, e.g., heavy rain, we reserve the right to delay your delivery. If the delivery is via UPS, FedEx, or courier companies during inclement weather, Bloomgol will not take any responsibility for the delayed delivery.
If your order does not arrive within 24 hours of delivery, please contact Bloomgol by email at bloomgolinfo@gmail.com or by calling (281)- 630-8146 and notify us of the non-delivered order will be the customer's responsibility.
Our goal is to provide you with freshness and good quality flowers with on-time delivery. If, under our authority, our service did not satisfy your expectation of quality, we will give you the choice of a full refund on your payment or a free replacement.
If your order gets damaged during the delivery process, please contact us to get a free and fresh replacement on the next available delivery date.
We do not have a return policy due to the nature of purchasing perishable flowers.
Since flowers are seasonal and, in some events, we may have difficulty having all supplies available to process the order. In this case, we will use a similar style, same quality, and exact value of flower to substitute.

The information requested includes your email address, full name and address, credit card, and phone number, as well as the recipient’s full name, address, phone number, and email address. You have the right to contact us to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. Your information is protected with us.
